Ashford Green offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Charlotte, NC!
We ask that all maintenance requests be submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line or contact a locksmith if necessary.

Our Charlotte apartments are unfurnished, meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
At Ashford Green, all residents are required to have renters' insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.
We are equipped for Spectrum.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
Ashford Green will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Ashford Green, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than three times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than four times (gross market rent).
Our third-party system will check items including, but not limited to, credit, criminal, rental references, and income verification.
Our property uses a third-party software to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience, we encourage you to schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
We currently do not offer self-guided tours; however, you can contact our team to schedule a tour of your future home at Ashford Green.
Of course! Give our friendly leasing team a heads up on what you'd like to see and your timeframe and we will be happy to accommodate as best as possible.
For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour, whether it is guided or self-guided.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Charlotte, known as Queen City, and due to this environment, noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit be returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
Ashford Green does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking (garages)/pet rent depending on resident's circumstances.
Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.
We want Ashford Green to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
